Need help

OK i have a 91 cx si with a 94 integra b18b1 swap.. engine, harness and computer.. wel the engine is bone stock with garrett t3 t4 turbo with headers and thats bout it well ok i just recently rebuilt the engine and i just dropped it back in the car and hooked up everthing and go to start it up and nothing.. the computer is not powering up becasue my air fuel controller isnt power up, fuel pump isnt working... well i need help.. the ecu relay near the driver side fuse box is not clicking whenm the ignition is turned on... idk wats wrong with it

MFR = main fuel relay

the car has been sitting though would it just go bad? its the relay under the driver side fuse box correct?

Check to make sure that you hooked the wires back up to the external fuse box if you pulled the harness with the motor. While your there check the main fuses too. Also check fuse number 14 in the box under the dash.
