My setup
I have a plan on to what to do next to my car. Im going to go all motor N/A. Im planing of getting the following...
*Cams A
*Intake manifold
*cam gears
*timing kit
*clutch
*valve springs
*intake and exhaust valves
* then port and polish
I want to be at around 210HP-250HP. What else would I have to do to reach my goal. Oh yeah I want all everything to be legal and i want my car to pass smog. I dnt want to swap my car

no way your car would be legal. you can only do so much for your car to still pass smog.. like buy carb parts and such but it really isnt worth it. build it right and find someone to smog it for you
Well to get up to 250hp your gunna need alot more then that. but the 210 is do able and you can still stay with in smog spec with it. First thing is buy all carb legal parts. then Tuning is the biggy. if your in the san jose area you should check out blacktrax they do alot of good work.
you're gonna need to go high compression to reach 210. pretty damn high. and odds are it will not be legal.
250 is pretty much impossible. its not impossible, but it is.
you may also want to bore it out to 2.0L
go big or go home

if you still want to be able to smog your car, go with the edelbrock turbo kit part #1505. kinda pricey but should get you 250 whp and still be able to smog your car legit.
to be able to get anywhere close to the power you want you will have to start with this as a base:
84 or 85 mm bore sleaved block
ported head with a ported itr intake manifold with the tb bored by maxbore
then you will have to find the best carb legal parts you can such as:
aem cold air intake for type r (3")
carb legal header
highflow cat
carb legal exhaust
im not sure which cams you could use and still be able to pass the smog test so you will have to research them on your own, good luck 200whp isnt easy, let alone doing it in california and keeping it legal

Regardless of the engine build, you're still going to have a hard time making the power you want AND keeping your car CARB legal. Honestly, your best bet is to buy a CARB legal turbo setup....they're way overpriced, but that's what you get in California....
I am building an all motor set up myself. however to hit 210+ your not going to be legal and your going to have to spend some money, get some machine work, bore, stroke, etc. etc. however good luck with the build. when the search feature is back up search the all motor forum, and do some reading in there. i spend most of my time in that area and read everything I can.
The high compression pistons 12:1-13.5:1 you would have to use would make you detonate during smog with an oem ecu, so you would have to run high octane unleaded fuel.
The cams you would have to run would not be street legal as well to make the power your planning on making.
Your injectors will also top out and have to be upgraded so you don't run lean in the top end, and there is no legal way to do that, or way to run an oem ecu with oversized injectors.
Hope this helps, changing a few things during smog time isn't all that difficult if you really want to obtain your power goals.
By any means I am not condoning doing that...
