My computer sucks, i can pull up a search for it however whenever i click on a link my whole system freezes...so thats why i'm asking this again.

I need to know how to install an MSD modified distributor cap....either let me know in a reply or direct me towards a link with instructions, any help would be much appreciated. thanks

uh...just screw it on.
if you mean all of the install. you will have to take out your interenal coil and wire the (+) and (-) to the new external coil. I had to "nick" the side of the cap to run the wires.

ok thanks for the link...but i'm wondering whether it will be different instructions being that i am only using the MSD external coil and not the entire ignition box...from what i can tell there are only + and - terminals on the MSD Coil...these instructions describe 4 different wires and i'm sure that i only need 2.

I just need to know everything before i start ripping apart my distributor, thanks for any more help.

The two wires are the + and - negative from your factory coil which is located inside your distributor. Remove the factory coil, feed the wires through the distributor grommet (this is a pain) and connect the two wires to the msd coil.
