MSD Ignition Self-Test?
Anybody know the procedure for checking to make sure a MSD Coil/Ignition is operational? From what I remember, I have to unplug one of the wires going from the 6A box to the dizzy and then unplug the coil wire and touch it to metal while I crank the motor, can anybody verify this? I just got done a wire tuck and now my car wont start, during the tuck process I relocated my SS Coil and I think it is the culprit.
Also for anybody that has a Fuel Pressure Gague, when you turn the key, does your fuel pressure hit normal level and then fall to 0 until you start to crank the motor? Might be normal just never noticed it before
Thanks!

I don't see why you couldn't just pull a wire out and put a sparkplug in the end,
See if it atleast makes it that far, if not, then maybe the wire that goes from the pack to the cap?

Yea but there is a way recommended by MSD, it is a 2 part test to test the actual box and the coil seperately to isolate a problem, I guess Ill just wait till Monday.
