mounts...?
so im having a hard time find out the name of the mount that is on the driver side front under the power steering pump, or a/c compressor. and im assuming that the mount on the pass. side that mounts to the sub from or whatever its called is the tanny mount. this is a 94 ls. thanks and if anyone wants to point me in any direction of what to get. shoot for it...

There are 2 lower mounts, both called torque mounts. One mounts to the A/C compressor bracket, and the other to a bracket on the tranny. These along with the rear engine mount help keep the engine from rocking fore/aft under torque load, hence the name of the mounts.

Keep in mind that the car will vibrate like hell at idle with those mounts. I had polyurethane torque mount INSERTS in my stock broken torque mounts, and even that vibrated like mad while the car was idling. I chucked them after about a week and installed new OEM mounts.
No, but if those 3 mounts are stiff enough, you don't really need the other 2 torque mounts. I've seen many swaps with aftermarket mounts only run the 3 main mounts.

I decided to go back with brand new OEM mounts, and also replaced my rear engine mount that was also torn.
So I have a complete set of Energy Suspension inserts for the rear mount and torque mounts for an Integra if you're interested. PM me.
Yes, my stock torque mounts were completely torn, and yes the inserts can and will fix them. But as I said, vibration at idle was just unbelievable.

ah damn man, sorry I forgot to get back with ya.
You don't take anything out when using the ES inserts. The inserts only serve to take up the open space in the stock mounts. They're like the reverse of the stock mounts. If the stock mount is a solid and the open spaces in between are voids, then the ES mounts are the solid that takes up the void spaces.

ok so on my tranny mount the actual rubber oem mount is half in half out. do i just push it back in and put the insert in or do i have to get a oem mount again?
