i got a 95 gs-r got skunk2 manifold Msd kit stock NGK spark plugs upgade T/B stock exhaust system APC spark plug wires the car starts to pudders at like about 4 grand that once it hit v-tec it goese normal again sounds like it back fires a liitle bit too dont know whats going on need some help ASAP donno got the car like this

 

I would start with the basics. New plugs, cap rotor, and fuel filter. Also get rid of the APC wires, I cant imagine anything from APC being good for your motor. I would suggest some NGK wires, or at least got to the auto parts stock and get some basic replacement wires if you are in a pinch for money.

Also you might want to remove all of the MSD parts. The stock ingition is very good and can handle all of the parts you have and then some.
