Default Model differences

I'm sure this has been covered and is very basic but I just need a quick(ish) answer.

what engines came in what models for 94 and up integras.

gsr- b18c1
typer- b18c5
ls- b18a1/2
gs- same as ls?
any others I'm missing?
also when was the crossover from obd1 and obd2?

Thanks

i would if it was easily searchable or if h-t had tech archieves or simple stickies that would explain model differences.

so I'm just asking for someone to spit out simple info that I'm sure you could have typed instead being all L33t yo!.
