i changed my master cylinder and when i push the pedal and it dosent get hard. does anyone know what this is? before i changed it the brakes got hard but were spongy and didnt stop unless i push the pedal down almost all the way...could it be the brake booster?

 

did you bleed the brakes?

i bled them and the brake pedal sinks and the brakes kick in til im almost flooring it..

 

did you bench bleed the m/c? air in the system is the only thing that could cause that if it's not leaking anywhere.
