Default Map sensor issue

My car has thrown a ERROR 3 which is the MAP sensor error code.

I was driving along at 60mph and the car gave a big jolt (felt like a big miss) and chucked up a engine check light. The car seemed fine as soon as the light came on but at low revs it bacame jerky and felt uneasy. The idle sat at about 1400. There is a loud sucking sound from the intake too at idle.

An error 3 is the wiring right not map sensor vacum?

The car is drivable because I still had to get home but should I be driving it?

I'm running a VAFC and I've searched before I posted this and found that they can cause probs with the MAP sensors? However it is untuned and still running stock AFRs so I doubt that could the the problem.

What's my next step? I'm not sure where to start.

Car is a DC2 with B20B block B16A2 head, B16A2 ECU (JDM) if that's any help.
