Well, let's see:

-spare tire

-spare tire cover

-carpeting in trunk (along with any tools, knick knacks, etc.)

-stereo (you won't be missing much if it's the stock Acura job )

-smaller, lighter "race" battery

-stock intake, replace with simpler, lighter aftermarket intake

-floor mats

I haven't done any weight reduction myself...after all, I drive waaaaay too much to travel w/o a spare. Or any creature comforts for that matter. This is just the way I'd approach it.

I took out my backseat if you dont want to do that you can let out some oil, forget the radiator fluid, no gas(that might make it real slow)........J/k

For real though you can drain your washer sprayer fluid, get rid of your spare, I always try to run with less gas in my tank on the weekend since I migh race. you know like 1/8 of a tank. and it isnt as much the bottom part of the back seat as it is the back of the seat you could just take those out(they are easy just take out 2 clips). I wouldnt give up my radio even though it is my factory I like music to much

Here is the stuff I stripped out:

EVERYTHING behind the front seats, all panels, seats etc.
Removed rear tow hooks
Removed floor mats
i/h/e saves a lot of weight

The curb weight of the car should be around 2,450 lbs now.

Taking out the seats isn't really major, unless it's your daily driver. It takes about 5 minutes or less to take out the passenger seat. The rear seats take another 5 minutes.

A very important weight saver (one person mentioned kinda) is gas. When you go to the track, don't have a full tank. Ever lug around 10-13 gallons of water? It's damn heavy. Go with like a 1/4 tank and you'll be happy.

the exhaust manifold and catback exhaust are heavy. Esp the manifold, its friggin cast iron, get a CC header and you'll save a bundle right there...

ram into the wall at oh lets say 95 mph so if you get caught you'll only get a speeding ticket, not reckless driving or excess speed of 100 which is equivelant to a DUI btw...and the airbags should come right out when you hit the wall.

rear bumper support and front bumper supports are the long metal bars right? like meter lenght and about 2 to 3 reuglar sized textbooks in width right?

Wouldn't those things come in very handy if someone was to rear end you or you rear end someone???

Yeah, DO NOT remove your air bags. First of all, they might save your *** one day. Second of all, they're just thick balloons, I can't imagine they save a whole lot.

Basically with weight just look around your car and anything you can do without, take out.
