Default maintenance required light on

how to reset/turn off maintenance required light and whats the usual problem when the maintenance required light is on? anyone? thanks!

If you look under the dash you will see a little button.. I believe mine is blue, not 100% sure. Press and hold button while key is switched to on position.

I'm not exactly sure when the light comes on or the intervals.. In for more info, if someone does indeed know.

turn key to on position, little square blue button under steering column behind the plastics, hold it for five seconds and your good to go.....

comes on every 3k or 3.5k miles if i remember correctly, it's in the manual.

I think it is the indicator/reminder for oil change. It is simple to reset, as noted, but mine is on the backside of the plastic and I find it by feel. Never crawled under to see the color.

Look under the dash, mine is yellow and hold it for about 5-10 seconds.
