LUG NUT PROBLEM
OK I NOTICED THAT I LOST A LUG NUT ON MA TEGGY THATS PART OF THE PROBLEM . THE OTHER PROBLE IS WHEN I TOUCH THE BOLT WERE THE LUG IS SUPPOSE TO GO IT MOVES AROUND LIKE ITS LOOSE IS THAT NORMAL ???

No, thats not normal. Sounds like you may have some stripped lug bolts or stripped threads. Try tightening them up, if no then your gonna have to get them replaced. You should address this prob immediately as it is very dangerous to you and others to be driving a car in this condition.
