Use the gsr timing belt because your block is 1.8 like the gsr.
The b16 belt would be too short.

And the timing belt you use is determined by the water pump you use, NOT by what block or head you're using. B18B water pumps have 19 teeth, B18C1 pumps have 22 teeth. The B18C1 belt is longer as a result, and the B18C1 water pump spins slower, which pumps the water through better (less cavitation).
OP just order the parts you need online, like www.acuraautomotiveparts.org most likely it will be cheaper anyway.
To answer the question, 99-00 Si B16 water pumps were the same as 96-01 OBD2 Integra water pumps. OBD1 Integra and 93-95 del Sol VTEC water pumps had different part numbers, and I don't think they are interchangeable.
The 99-00 Si oil pump is also the same as 96-01 Integra oil pump. Same part numbers.
