Im having a little trouble with the B18b1 cylinder head. I have taken out the intake and exhaust camshaft holder bolts but the holders wont budge and I dont want to hit them with a hammer because I want to reuse them. What should I do?

 

i believe you can use a rubber mallet and just give them a little tap to pop them loose

 

well first its vtec not vtech...

just lightly tap each side with a rubber mallot dont bend the grommet and then you can lightly pry them off each end evenly

 

tap on them, then i take a flat head and GENTLY pry a corner up a little, then do the other side
