Default ls vtech

i just made my ls into ls vtec now i want swap trannys but i dont know which one is the best tranny to go with the swap i want all motor .

Did you do the motor work yourself? Most people will probably suggest a B16 or ITR tranny.

For all around driving, the GSR is a good tranny. The B16 is too closely geared for an engine that doesnt rev as high as the B16. Your LS/VTEC has a decent amount of torque (LS bottom end) so i think the GSR would be a good choice
