Ls/vtec question?

I Currently have a B18b1 on my 2001 ls integra.. I already have a B16 head ready to go for ls/vtec. The only thing that concerns me is that My car smokes only in first gear when i floor it...??? So im wondering if i go ls/vtec i might smoke more when the vtec changes over ??

defintitely check it out before starting your project. my buddy is in the exact same situation and he also ended up with oil in one or two of his spark plugs. good luck tho...finishing up my ls/v-tec as u you read this!
