Default LS/VTEC initial start up and idle issues

Hi guys.

I recently did a LS/VTEC swap with a gsr head, and i wasn't getting oil pressure. The throttle body leaked from the gasket, and now both issues are fixed. However, upon start up the car dropped right down to 400-500 rpm, and ran very rough. I didn't want to let it warm up, as I was afraid something could be damaged. IACV was off the LS and it idled fine. idle screw was all the way in and backed off 1-2 turns. Very rough running at idle, but at 1000+ rpm it smooths out

my TPS isn't adjusted yet, and I haven't bled my coolant because the engine has not been warm enough yet. I have no FITV.

Codes pulled were

8 - TDC position
7 - Throttle angle
21 - VTEC solenoid (I haven't grounded it yet)

no misfire codes

as far as my understanding goes, TPS shouldn't affect idle.

what could be wrong? I'm pretty sure I don't have a vacuum leak either. Should I let the engine get to operating temperature first?

Set your Tps calibrations first it does effect the idle!

The TDC code I'm not sure about its a sensor on the oil pump i think.

The lower hose you have blocked off I'm 99% sure that goes to the PCV valve and black breather box on the back of the block.

Just plug that hole with a bolt and after everything see if the motor runs better.
