ok i have a 95 ls i want to do a ls/vtec head swap. where can i get a low price vtec head?

 

Check the market forums, some people have low priced ones there.

Unless you are planning on having the head rebuilt, I would not try and get the cheapest one. Chances are for it to be cheap it will have high miles.

If you want a cheap project, look into a cold air intake.
