i am bout to build a ls vtec. i gots a ls motor. i got a b16a1 head thanx to shady from burmingham. i got everything on the ls motor apart. now is the rebuilding process, so what is the best components to put back together. i got a ctr blox intake, oil lin kit, dowel pins. now i just need to know what kind of seals and pumps. so if anyone can help me out let me know. thanks
