Wat Would I Need To MAke My Car Ls/Vtec, Just A GSR Head, Or Would I Need Anything Else, How Much Would It Cost? Where Could I Get A Gsr Head With Low Miles?

 

If you got an LS in yer car already you need the head, a new head gasket, oil line, pins, and other crap that you'd probably like a shop find find/install for you.

..also get the head tapped

Head, head bolts, cams, ECU ( unless u wanna but 1 leg off ur orginal one), oil line, plugs, intake manifold, head gasket, fuel rail, wires, ... i think thats it...not sure... try this site....
