in all fairness though...if it's a b series head yes...
will you convert to OBDII...no. It IS OBDIIb if it's from a 99-00 Si

no.
You need larger fuel pump, 255.
You need to run an oil line to the block and tap the oil pan.
You need to get an ECU and chip it for vtec and low redline (stock block)
and more.
