Every time when I start up the car n drive ...it drives like S-3 , when it does like that then I have to punch it and touch red line so finally it slip into normal drive...Do you think it might be vacuum hoses or anything like that ?

 

new tranny fluid and filter, it may need just a good cleaning, start from there and if that doesn't fix it then go from there, check all your hoses. its doesn't help with this freakin cold weather in MA.
