Remove distributor cap.Unplug the connection at the distributor and have someone turn the key and watch and make sure the rotor is spinning. If it's not than your belt might not have snapped but is missing teeth. Also, set the crank at TDC and make sure cams are both in the right position as well as the rotor pointing in the south west position.
