Default LS and RS Transmission???Difference???

I'm planning to buy a 96 Integra manual transmission from someone. He say that its a 96 LS transmission but when I did a vin search its says that its a 96 RS. Does it matter if its a RS or LS transmission. I have searched and basically RS, LS, GS and SE transmission gear ratios are supposed to be the same. I'm planning to buy this maual transmission for my 96 ls longblock. I'll probably get it turbocharged later on too. The only reason I've asked this question because I've always hear people talking about LS/turbo and not RS/turbo. The vin # is jh4dc4341tso27035 if that help. Thanks in advance.
