is an ls motor an interference motor

just what the title says and if it is say the timing belt skipped a few teeth would it bend all the valves

Yes it is an interference motor. Will you bend valves? Likely, but how many, if any depends on how lucky you are... and engine speed and load when it snaps.

well very low engine speed maybe idle at most and cranking the engine over and the belt never snapped its just off time

How far off? If at any time the valve is open with the piston rises to TDC, it will hit the valve and bend it, so if it was that far off, you will have a few bent valves.
