do I was attemepting to lower my car today, we have an Impact wrench and the bolts for the bottom of the struts won't come off!!! we used a breaker bar but broke off the end of the bolt!!! WHAT TO DO? is it the nut or bolt that comes off?

 

If you're talking about the rear struts that connect to the LCAs...then yes, that's a common problem. The bolt is most likely frozen to the bushing. LOTS of people have had this happen, myself included. Here's a post:
