Lowering springs or full suspension setup (coilovers, springs and shocks).

One's cheap, the other isn't.

It all depends on what your looking for. Spring and shock combo, full coilover. Just remember you get what you pay for

I have the tein flex. They ride amazing! A ton better than a sleeve coilover like ground control and skunk 2. Plus you can buy the edfc which makes it so you can adjust the dampening from inside the car.

what are you using the car for? if it's just for street use, your best bet would be some kind of aftermarket shock/spring combo. but if you want to adjust the height, you could either get a full coilover (tein flex, ksport, omni etc) or just get an aftermarket shock with a coilover sleeve. with that setup, a very popular one is koni yellows with ground controls. the full coilovers are usually going to be the most expensive, followed by sleeves and shock/spring combos.

if you're going to autocross or road race, full coilovers are generally the best type to get, but a lot of people run the koni/ground control combo and do just fine.
