Default low idling problems

when i first brought my 95 gsr, it idled at 750rpm when it was warm. I got a new airfilter and reset the ECU. my car nows idles at 600rpm and it has been for the last 2 months. Im not sure if it was the airfilter or ECu at fault

is this normal? i've done a search and saw that it might be a vacuum leak?

BTW: how do vacuum leaks occur so i know what i will have to replace?

If it was a vacuum leak, the idle would be higher than usual. since its only a 50rpms difference, just adjust the idle screw on the throttle body til its at 750

adjust the idle with the screw.

disconnect the iacv then ajust your idle. Reset ecu after idle is set.
