Default LOSS OF TORQUE!!!

Im driving regularly on stock everything. My car is a 96 GSR db8 and has 140000 miles on it. It drives fine when drive normally shifting at 3 rpm but when i shift fast at 3 rpm and when my foot is on the gas all the way there is no torque to push my car. It shakes a bit then goes. It feels like there is no torque when you shift fast because usually when i shift fast between gears it just pushes the car forward with torque. I don't know if you guys understand me but if you don't then its ok i figure it myself. Im thinking its the spark plugs because i haven't changed it for a while, its been a year now. Well i would like to hear advices or suggestions. Oh yeah i still can't reset my REG MAIN light. ANyone tell me how to reset it. REG MAIN light is by the cruise control light.

Look under the dash on the drivers side, you'll see a small box with a flush looking button. Press and hold the button, turn the key to the on position, continue to hold the button. the maint. light will blink a few times and then go out, when the light goes out the maint light is reset. good luck
