Nice informative post guy's, jeeze.
I would stick with NGK's however I have MSD's and they have been fine and are red. NGK plugs should do the trick.
Wow, like said above...that wasn't there when I started typing

looking at your mods list leads me to suggest sticking to what came stock on your gsr. go with what honda recommends on your car (helm manual).

I'm a fan of sticking with OEM style plugs. I don't go for platinum's, iridums, etc. I just use the stock NGK part number and leave it at that. When the turbo goes on, I'll probably run one range colder, but still in an NGK plug. My car runs great with them, so why change?
Regarding wires, NGK wires are supposed to be pretty good. I am a fan of magnecor since they work well, although their warranty seems to blow donkey *** if you ever need to get them replaced due to water getting in the plug well. I hear Jacobs makes a badass wire too.
Hope that helps

its only really a performance mod if you plan to biuld a turbo drag/race car. for a street driven n/a car, ive read that stock is best. on integras, the weak link is the distributor
