Just wanted to know if what this guys saying is true and possible? What type of gains would be achieved?

From: 54° 57’ 05”N 7° 44’ 13"W Europe.

It has 0.012" (0.3mm) higher lift which is so small that it will hardly be noticeable and not really worth it IMO
