Default Is this a leak?

this has been bogging my mind, haven't noticed it, but ive been smelling something burning lately while driving my car. the smell isnt constant, but at times, i can smell it, and i cant.

i'm not an expert but that looks like coolant coming from a hose that runs coolant. I don't think you can normally see coolant on that part of the engine, so i'm guessing you have a leak.

That's your bleeder valve for your coolant system. Looks like you need to pull that beotch out and clean it out and that should solve your woes.

hopefully the threads arent gone... but its defitnatly leaking from your bleeder valve.

it could just be slightly open too....


ur car looks like predator when he bleeds.
but yeah.... just gotta unscrew that all the way... inspect for damage.... if there is none then clean up the bolt real good and then put plumbing tape on it and put it in so it seals good....


make sure to do this with the car cold...
I know it seems like common sense but man oh man have i seen some people do some stupid things.

is there suppose to be a **** that covers it? this started to happen when i replaced my radiator. went to my friends shop and had him do it, so i have no clue, didnt see it leak like that before
