my 96 integs is burning too much gas,under normal driveing con.NO RACEING.I am getting about 13 miles per gal.thats is bad i chage plugs and wires also clean fuel system.

You might have Dirty air filter, Incorrect Ignition Timing, Faulty Fuel Injection, or even low tire pressure. if you have recently mess with these things maybe thats the case. It also can be the emissions system not working right.
