better for JRSC so i was wondering what headers should i get alot of people say

what else is out there. i think i am going to get some 5Zigen, does any one have
these or could tell me if they are any good??

JDM integra type R header, 4-1 header.
Kamikaze
dont be fooled by those 18+ HP
Plus i think bolt on parts dont make any difference. It's always a PLUS to have them but its not true power.

First of all don't get header(S) or you'll just be wasting money as one header will always be collecting dust somewhere.
Secondly, a quality header has been proven time and time again to allow the engine to breathe better and therefore produce slightly more power. The header should be seen as a part of the entire system however, and the stock manifold on our cars are very well designed from Honda, so they do not do for us what they do for some other cars. Just the same I do not regret the purchase of my Comptech 4-2-1 header in the least...especially for the very low price I paid. Here's a link to dyno comparisons of several of the most commonly utilized headers.

Good luck.

I've liked every A'pexi product I've ever bought, though I've no first hand experience with their headers. You should do your own research at any rate. Search these forums for any related threads and go by A'pexi's site for detailed info. Here:

That's the burden you bear when you have a quirky sense of humor.
