the jump
i have a slightly modded 97ls running on stock suspension and yokohama es100 tires with about 80% tread remaining. i wanna see what it runs in the 1/4 so i am going to the races in a week and just wanted to know what people who have similar integras are jumping theirs at (rpm). i have been screwing around and i either get too much spin or not any and a crappy launch. i've tied jumping it straight up and also with the e brake on and and the clutch halfway out. either way im not haveing much luck. my old civic si was much easier to jump. anyone have any pointers let me know and ill go give it a try. thanks

Don't be an *******, he is asking a question, u don't like it, don't respond, atleast he explained what is trying to do, what he has tried, etc.
I say try around 3500 and slip the clutch, don't dump it, and see if that is effective. I know when I raced my friend in my GSR, he had an LS with a comptech header, a comptech cat back, CAI, hi flow cat, I launched at 2000 because I just got my car (first 4 cylinder car I owned, and first fwd) and I got ate off the line. But if ure tires are good, and ure clutch is not that bad, u should be able to slip it around 3 grand-3500 and get a good jump.

how many 3000-3500 launches can u do be4 a factory clutch can go out or start slipping? because my friend did some launches from 4000 in his 91 supra turbo and his brand new factory warrenty clutch went out after 5-6 launches
