JDM Front End Conversion.
sweet, wish i knew about that place..i paid 2995 for hid, vis cf hood, and vis cf lip. customs wasn't too bad for me, just added to my 2 and a half month wait.
I still have to get it painted over the winter. I decided against doing it now, and getting a custom turbo kit. Im in NY so winter is on its way, no sense in having a nice new paint job
I just hope i can get the turbo in, drive down to boosted-hybrid, get it tuned and drive it before snow hits the ground!! its gonna be tough .. .
EDIT: o yea and apex, check out http://icbmotorsport.com/ for the jdm stuff..
to them when i needed a replacment bumper support when i ran it over !!

yeah, It took me 1 month to get it here. And im not going to put it on now either. I'm also building a custom turbo kit and im like 95% complete. I need to put it on and tune it. I have to get it painted so i need to save more money too. but it will be worth it, once its done.
YEAH!

to those with hid lights..
How do they wire up? Did you get the correct things to wire it properly? Ive kinda been considering the jdm front end after my engine/turbo(priorities first) but, I didnt want to pay all that money for hids, and not have a good way to wire it..

a question for those who have done the conversion...
I read a writeup, and it looks like they cut the top radiator support off the usdm, and swapped in the top jdm radiator suppost and rewelded it.
The writeup was unclear as to if they used the whole complete jdm radiator support, or if they used just the top and fit it to the usdm bottom portion?
can someone clear me up?

thats exactly how they do it
they cut the top of the radiator support off the usdm one and reweld on the jdm one so that it fits up flush with the bottom just make sure u have it lvl or it won't sit correctly
