Default JDM DC 4-1 Problems

After waiting a month b4 installing the header I finally got around to it. Installed it and made a straight pipe with an o2 bung in it for the secondary o2 sensor. (BTW, installed on a 2001 JDM GSR). Now I have the "check engine" code that came on after driving it for a good hour after. Now I know that the secondary o2 sensor is the cause of the problem because it is reading either too much heat or something else. Whats the solution? Do I need to add a resistor to the secondary o2 sensor to trick the comp. or is there something else?

I think this is because you don't have a catalytic converter anymore, correct? It's throwing a code because the sensor tells the computer there is a missing emissions equipment device.

...I think...but unfortunately, I don't know how to fix it on these cars. =\ Chip or something...I'm useless.

Actually the o2 sensor (secondary) is reading too rich. I need to figure out how to run a resistor in the secondary o2 so that comp. reads correctly. Any solutions?
