Default Jacking ???'s

Whats the proper way to surpport your ride on jack stands? Is there a certian way you do it? Lifting front end, then the rear, or is it the opposite? Where does the jackstands go? I got a helms manual and it tells me, but my jack stands dont look like they're contacting 100% of the jack location. Is there any other places I can use the stands on? I am afraid of the car sliding when i raise the front, then surpport it with stands, then raise the rear. Any help would be nice. btw the end of my stands looks like \--/ and the jack point is not even when rested on. TIA

Front first or rear first is fine. Make sure you have the parking brake on if jacking up the front end first. Chuck the front wheels if jacking up the rear first.

Jack points are behind front tires and in front of rear tires. Owners manual covers this.
