ITR/GSR Differences?
http://www.cars.com/go/search/...=true
Hey guys could not find info in the search for this.
The car listed above is a GSR with a ITR motor. Now my questions is how much needs to be changed in order for the swap. The problem I don't want to run in to, is having a ton of wires spliced or heavy modifications done ect.
So if it really is a simple swap I would go take a look at it but, I don't want to waste my time if these engine swaps GSR/ITR require heavy modification.
Thanks again!

Im f*cking sick of this already. And im new too.
DO A F*CKING SEARCH! search harder noob
edit:
You know what, im sorry, I didnt mean to explode, I had a long day at work.
Thats a really good deal for a GSR, you should pick it up fast, swapping a Type R engine in there is pretty much a plug and play swap. Shouldnt cost you more than 2 grand for the full swap, interior included.

Didn't mean to be the straw that broke the camels back!
I'm super careful because I have been F'd over on a car I bought from a private party before, and it was a mechanic at that. I'm also new to the honda world, I was the guy avoiding it when it was trendy.

alright seriously, ill be nice. you sound like a genuine guy who just doesnt know anything.
dont listen to my last post it was a load of crap.
DO NOT BUY THAT CAR. it is WAAAAAAAAY over priced and it isnt even a GSR, its an LS, look at the VIN, DC435, as the first part of the vin, meaning it was an LS with a b18b1. If that guy is going to lie about that, I wouldnt be surprised if that isnt even a Type R engine in there.
You can get REAL type-r's for a little bit more than 12 grand when they are on the Cheap side. and you can get GS-R's for around 9 grand for good ones.
You dont need to swap a type r engine into a gsr, the gsr engine is good enough by itself. Mod up a Gsr engine and youll be as happy as a bee.
But seriously next time, search harder. its easy to find this answer honda-tech is not the only place to look also, google.com, team-integra.net are both awesome places.
