ITR BLOCK
just be careful with the spun bearin i just spun a bearin in my ls and the bottom end is completely shot if you get it just make sure the crank and the connecting rod on the spun bearing is good so that way you dont spend 350 to have the block go bad on you later on

Spend a couple hundred bucks to get the crank micropolished and maybe a new rod if it is that bad. 550-600 and you have a good block that wont go bad on you later on...

if it spun a main bearing, i'd skip it. align honing to fix it can have mixed results. then you run into bearing issues.

i would never reuse a crank that spun a bearing. again, you run into bearing issues. finding another crank would be easier and cheaper.

depends on where the bearing was spun
