can u put a turbo kits and nos with itb's installed...???????

Yes you can. I saw a thread on here a while back about a guy that was boosted and was also running ITB's. Not sure what the thread title was, but if you search enough I'm sure you can find it.

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having ITB's when you add boost? ITB's=throttle response, boost=lag (unless it's an ungodly small turbo)
