hi can i use the pistons and rods from a gsr in a ls . if yes, is it a direct fit , and what crank should i use thanks

pistons yes. rods im not too sure. and for your crank depends on what your doing with the car. the ls crank tends to make more torque.

you should read some stuff on rod/stroke ratio and what you want to do with the car before you start slapping stuff together.

Use the ls crank and yes the rods work.

you have to use the same rods/crank for things to fit properly. pistons are interchangeable.

go low compression high boost. it'll be more fun.

i boght a set of srp 9:1 piston to go with , but after seeing an ek with a b20 /vtec running 11:1 move on only 10 pounds of boost . that **** impressed me

use the 9:1 and run 20 psi, i guarantee you will be more impressed

rod lengths are different, whichever rods you use you have to use the corresponding crank

GSR stroke 87.2
LS stroke 89
