Default crank rod turbo piston combination.. need help b18c5

I have a b18c5
i plan on boosting it and i want to know what my compression would be if i used an LS crank and LS rods and turbo 9:1 compression pistons for a b18c5... would i still have compression of 9:1 or would it be higher? the bore would be stock 81mm if the compression is different can someone give me a formula or help me out and tell me what piston i need for 9:1 thanks

I dont think ls rods will fit the c5 block beside why go weaker ?I mean c5 rods are 10 times more stronger than ls rods

Yes the rods will fit as long as you use the LS Crank and LS pistons you wont be able to use your hype R pistons due to the location of the wrist pins. The compression would be around 9:1. The only thing you are changing is the stroke not the compression.

why not just put forged pistons and eagle or pauter rods in it and leave you type-r crank in and just get that micropolished and balanced?

Okay... yes LS crank and rods fit in a c5... and im not using stock LS rods... i would be going with LS eagle H rods (they arent weak)
and im not saying i would use the type r pistons... what i want to do is boost it with this setup but i dont know where i can get LS low compression pistons... i cant find anyone that sells them for an LS crank and rod set.. all i can find are B18c low compression pistons, so what i want to know is if they will work or do i need to keep looking for LS low compression pistons? and i would have used the type r crank but its way out of spec. and cannot be turned
