Integra is throwing Code 37

Integra is throwing Code 37
Car is throwing code 37 and then it flashes one long flash and then 7 short ones and then 37 again.....
I don't have the Manual so I don't know what this means
any help???

Hm, no 37 listed in the Haynes manual. (Not that it means anything 
).
However, code 73 means a misfire in cylinder #3.
OK, here we go: long blinks are the first number. One long blink = 1. Seven short blinks afterwards = 7. So that's a code 17.
Code 17 means trouble with the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) in OBD I or II. I think 96es are OBD I. HTH.
