Sometimes my gas pedal is hard to push down, what could be cuasing this? Nothing has been done to my car lately; 99 gsr, what does this sound like.

 

hard to push down as in sticky?

clean the throttle body.

 

its almost like a force as great as mine is pushing from the other side.

 

wow, thats a pretty great force.

follow the cable to the throttle body and have a look, it should never be THAT tight.

 

do you have a stock TB?
B/C i had the 68mm str and my idle screw fell out so sometimes it stuck a lot more check that if you have an aftermarket TB if not just clean out ur TB and check the cable and even check ur pedal
