so i just bought a 91 integra and it has no cluster. and all i can find is clusters that go for 75$ i kno its not that much. and it sounds like a stupid idea but could you just mount a speedo and a tach and just not get a cluster?, or if any one knows where i can get one just tell me.

oh and does it matter if i get a cluster from a gs or rs, cause all the junkyards i call they will only tell me what they have for my exact model car. and i have an rs.

 

In 91 it shouldn't matter what cluster you get as long as its the right cluster for the transmission you have (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Can you just hook up a speedo and not put in a cluster? Do you mean just have a big empty space above your steering wheel and a speedo just sitting there spinning but not able to see it because it's just laying in the big empty space or maybe visible because you used rubber bands to hold it up? I don't understand what you mean by not having a cluster in there.

$75 is not that much at all. If ya can't afford a $75 fix for a car you can't afford a car.

thats true also what would you do about gas gauge and temp gauge? or possibly if your oil pressure was to drop? it would just be easier and cheaper to get a cluster. look around in some other places. i know there isn't just one junkyad

 

you could always check the market place.
