Default integra problem

I own a 99 gsr that burns quite a bit of oil and I was curious what else besides worn out rings would cause this problem? My car has 87,000 miles and has aem intake w/ filter, skunk 2 intake manifold, dc sports header, jg edelbrock throttle body and aem fuel rail. Everything inside the engine itself is stock w/ original miles. Hope this enough info! Please, any help on this would be great.

Well, check your valves. Check out the manual for a compression test and it will help you to identify where the problem is. I would think it is the valves if you are certain the rings are tight.
