Integra no start help?
ok its a 2000 gsr 4dr. i swapped in a 94 ls longblock and found and obd1 complete manifold with tb and fitv attached.
i am using the original gsr engine harness.
i am using an obd2b to obd1 ecu jumper with a P06ecu cuz i can't get a p75
i am using the original gsr dizzy
i am using the original gsr injectors
i am using the original gsr alternator
Did i check for
fuel..........yes all plugs has fuel smell to it and is somewhat wet
spark........yes but kind of weak
timing.......is dead on.
Still no start. it just cranks
side note.
i blocked off the purge solenoid nipple on the rear of the manifold
also i connected a hose directly to the breather chamber box to the manifold with no pcv valve.
help im stumped and am running out of ideas. also tried my obd 1 gsr ecu and it just cranks.

check grounds, timing(mechanical) but I don't think you can use an obd2 gsr dizzy w/an obd1 ls engine along with several other things that aren't compatible. usually ppl don't put older engines in new chassis so I don't know what need to be converted but i'm willing to bet that's the cause.

what else could it be?

Do a compression test, if you have good spark, fuel and timing is correct, all that is left is compression, constantly trying to start an engine that is getting fuel can "wash" the cylinder walls, resulting in a loss of compression.
If compression is low, drop a tablespoon of oil into each cylinder, [spark plug hole] and crank the engine a few times by hand or do a bypass jump, [ign. switch off] reinstall plugs and try starting the engine. 94
