ok so i have no idea where to start....i bought a 1999 integra ls shell missing all the interior exept the dash components how do i get the ignition box off its a big black thing io have pics but my camera is ****

 

ok so far a found out its a security thing keeping thieves from stealing the car...but i have no key i want to put a regular ignition in it with a jumper p28 ecu i have an idea how to get it off but i dont know if it will kill my steering column i went to the dealership they said i should just get a key made...**** that im cheap...then he said there security bolts the heads break off with pressure, so i tried a big bar no luck just broke the wiper switch off ****, i baught a set of locks and matching ignition to put back on it i really want to move the car my wife is getting mad cuz she cant get in the garage but the steering is locked and i dont want to park it outside with no alarm or anything cuz the type r 5 lug and jdm front end conversion PLEASE any ideas or somebody who has done this

 

If you are running an OBD1 P28, the chip should not matter. Get a key made without the chip.
