Default Integra Header Differences??

I see 3 different headers for integras and they are for:

1) 90-91
2) 92-93
3) 94-01

Can anyone tell me the difference between the three? Is it length? O2 location?

90-91 have o2 in a different location, it's not at the collector as I recall and they are a slightly different length than the 92-93 integras. The catalytic converter is also a different length between 90-91 and 92-93.

As for 94-01, there are a lot of different sizes

94-01 LS has 1 o2 on the header collector
94-99 GSR has no o2 on the collector
00-01 GSR has 1 o2 on the header collector and is the same length as the 94-01 LS.
97-98, 00-01 ITR also has 1 o2 on the collector and is same as the 94-01 LS.

The 94-99 gsr header is usually mated with a 14 inch cat with either 1 or 2 o2s in the cat, depending on 94-95 or 96-99. Obd1 v. obd2.

All of the b-series headers will bolt up to the head, its just a length issue after that, at least with the OEM stuff. If you get into putting a JDM ITR 4-1 header on a 92 DA, you will run into other problems with crossmember clearance and possible oil pan issues.

no problem, it's one of those useless pieces of information floating around in my brain.

Have you confirmed that the length of the '94-'99 GS-R cat is indeed approximately 14 inches? I was under the impression that, since the stock '94-'99 GS-R manifold is around 4" shorter than the LS/ITR/'00+ GS-R unit, and the stock '94-'99 GS-R exhaust is roughly 4" longer, that the cat length is basically the same for all G3 Integra models. To the best of my knowledge, the only time a shorter cat was needed was when a longer "JDM" header was used with the stock-length '94-'99 GS-R exhaust. I could be mistaken, since I have no personal experience with the GS-R exhaust system, but that's the information I recall reading.

I have not confirmed the 14 inch cat on the 94-99 GSR, it is the only one I don't know, because I have owned a 00 GSR and a 92 LS and know that those 2 are very similar in length.

The people I know with a 95 and 99 GSRs both have test pipes, and their test pipes are significantly shorter than my cat, so I am inclined to believe the info I have heard about the 94-99 gsr cat being shorter than the others, but it could be due to using different length exhaust and JDM 4-1 header, etc. Mismatching parts on 10 year old cars is always a problem, I need to find a bone stock, smog legal 95 gsr and roll under it with a tape measure.
